_"On August 1, 2016, we will implement changes to the Hyatt Gold Passport® Award Chart. The changes will include 56 hotels moving to a lower category and 50 hotels moving to a higher category. A complete list of changes can be found on hyatt.com.
Between now and August 1, 2016, reservations can be made using the current award chart. Existing reservations for stays after August 1, 2016, will receive a refund for the point difference if the hotel moved to a lower category.
Rest assured, free night award redemption will still be as easy as possible with no blackout dates. If there is a standard room available at any location on any day of the year, you are more than welcome to reserve it with your Hyatt Gold Passport points.
