had ik geweten dat je via email kon boeken ik heb een volledig uur proberen te boeken. Voelde precies als tomorrowland 
Geen idee of het gaat lukken. Redeneerde gewoon dat het het sowieso geen kwaad kon een mailtje te sturen.

The interest in our 5th anniversary promotion and the rush for our website have exceeded all our expectations. Due to the large number of hits on the website, we faced limited accessibility. Therefore we decided at short notice to extend our anniversary offer until 24:00 to our guests with the opportunity to place a reservation within the available room allotment, that were initially not able to place a reservation due to the limited accessibility of the website.
Within the extended 6 hours’ time frame we received hundreds of bookings towards the special offer. All available rooms within the allotment have been confirmed during that time, that we were not able to fulfil all reservation requests. We are sorry that you did not come into play during our promotion.

Kan je niet een mail sturen dat je niet op de hoogte was dat de promo verlengd werd, terwijl ze je toch hadden kunnen inlichten gezien je een mail had gestuurd ?
Zelfde mailtje gehad. Ga hen een antwoord sturen, so to be continued...
