I left EU end 23 and live now in Asia, so far so good but then came news that SN Amexco card would be discontinued, and a replacement by Beobank Mastercard foreseen. Now 3 types of this card are available, but I cannot request, have to be present in person in Belgium at a branch.
Is it possible to request the LH Mastercard then, any experiences, or same rule, no have adres in EU, cannot request !

There are plenty of good credit cards that earn miles in Asia, especially Singapore etc. If you have an address abroad you are probably better off applying there anyway.
To answer your question: yes, you will need an address in EU. I have overcome this by using a postal forwarding service. I would recommend that if you have no other option.
