log in problemen bij Miles & more met 2FA

Hello all,

i cannot log in any more after switch to 2 factor authentification

I work with Iphone, the Microsoft  authenticator does not work, anyway, MICROSOFT on an Apple device? And the google one asks me to scan a code that I do not get when in log in on the main page of L& H Miles and More??

and in the Google Authenticator entering manually a setup key is not clear too..

However, i do get an 6 digit code in the IOS Phone app “passwords” that is auto-renewed but even if i use that code transferred to my MacBook I do not get any access anymore !

Or doe my phone has to be connected to mobile network to work flawless ?

and using the Miles and More app on the iPhone simultaneously with the IOS passwords doesn't work too, the latter one closes itself every time .

I tried log in on my Mac computer via the web-browser, also need the 6 digit code, used the one from my Iphone passwords app, no improvement too, very bizarre, i could configure the two step protection using this workflow .

And the support page of Miles& More about this 2FA is very basic, or assumes we are all IT experts.
